the staff were incredibly nice and offered guidance. my room was particularly good and included climate control and cable channels. the hotel had a central location and it was near cartagena's pegasos's wharf. the restaurant was relatively near the property.

Mind-blowing central spot, super friendly staff. Jaw-dropping balcony for people watching. Room has storage, separate bathroom, and great air con. Excellent selection of cable channels for sports. Easy walking distance to local beaches. Definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed my room, it was nice with AC. the hotel has a great location in the historic area. It's situated in the Getsemani district, which is close to touristic attractions and within walking distance to the historic center.

Great staff! They went above and beyond, making our stay unforgettable. Super central location! Everything we needed was right around the corner. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking. Clean and tidy place with a functional bathroom.
The rooms were too small and cramped. There wasn't enough space to walk around or even place our bags comfortably.
